Menu Plan Monday-UPDATED

Tuesday:

Taco Salad *using frozen taco chili from a couple of weeks ago (dried pinto beans made like ground beef chili but instead of chili season packet I only had taco seasoning-it turned out oh so good!)

Served over Aldi brand - Asiago cheese tortilla chips

Toppings: A little leftover sour cream, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced green onions


Wednesday:

Homemade sloppy joes (frozen from last week)

Macaroni salad (italian dressing and tomatoes chopped up)

Seasoned turnip greens


Thursday-Sunday

Still not sure
