Menu Plan Monday


This menu uses a lot of the leftovers in other meals throughout the week. This makes it more economical.

Sunday: Pork Roast w/saurkraut and cheesy potatoes

Monday: Seasoned Fauxtessire Chicken w/potatoes & baby carrots

Tuesday: Saurkraut Soup w/polish sausage - YUMMY! (use leftover saurkraut from Sunday & potatoes and carrots from Monday - recipe posted)

Wednesday: Cream of Chicken w/garlic cheddar biscuits (use leftover chicken from Monday)

Thursday: Red Beans & Rice with polish sausage (make a double batch for another quick meal)

Friday: Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches w/Mac-n-cheese (use leftover pork from Sunday)

Saturday: Leftovers

Your page looks great! For the first time ever I sat down yesterday and planned our menus for the next 2 weeks. Excluding the weekends because we are usually busy, so we eat leftovers or go out. We'll see how it goes. I'm so not a planner, sometimes I don't know what we are having for dinner until late afternoon. Then I'm trying to quickly defrost some meat. We'll see how it goes though.
