Menu Plan Monday
This menu uses a lot of the leftovers in other meals throughout the week. This makes it more economical.
Sunday: Pork Roast w/saurkraut and cheesy potatoes
Monday: Seasoned Fauxtessire Chicken w/potatoes & baby carrots
Tuesday: Saurkraut Soup w/polish sausage - YUMMY! (use leftover saurkraut from Sunday & potatoes and carrots from Monday - recipe posted)
Wednesday: Cream of Chicken w/garlic cheddar biscuits (use leftover chicken from Monday)
Thursday: Red Beans & Rice with polish sausage (make a double batch for another quick meal)
Friday: Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches w/Mac-n-cheese (use leftover pork from Sunday)
Saturday: Leftovers
