Dinner Tonight! Yummy Yum Yum! 4 Real!



Meatloaf
Fauxtatoes
Seasoned Green Beans
Mocha Ricotta Cream for Dessert

Meatloaf:
1 lb of grnd venison
1 lb of organic grnd beef
1 lb of grnd pork
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of lipton onion soup
1/4 cup of dried onion
1 packet of frozen bell pepper sauteed in coconut oil (the best for you)
1 Tbsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of grnd flax seed
2 Omega 3 Eggs (Egglands Best)

Mix all togther and place into to loaf pans.  Bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (internal temp of 170).  Then when all done if you like to have that tomatoe taste (like this family) then take a can or two of Stewed tomatoes and drain.  Then mash it up really good and heat thru.  Then spoon tomatoes over top of sliced meat and voila, delicious low carb meat loaf.

Fauxtatoes:
2 heads of cauliflower steamed until really soft
8 oz of low fat or fat free cream cheese
1 clove or 1 tsp (or 2 if you prefer) of garlic
1 Tbsp of butter (or transfat margarine - I don't recommend any margarine)

Mash this all together until nice and "creamy".  If you want it a bit more cheesy then shred up some cheddar cheese and mix it into the fauxtatoes and you have a very delcious side dish wih no worries about the carbs.
