Menu Plan Monday (on Wed)


Monday:  Sandwiches each family members choice

Tuesday:  Homemade Potato Soup and Turkey and Ham with cheddar on whole wheat bread Sandwiches

Wednesday:  Shepherds Pie with green beans and carrots on the side (canned last year - gotta use up my jars to get ready for this year)

Thursday:  Chicken Enchilada Casserole with either Edamame or Seasoned Greens

Friday:  Beef Stew over Amish Egg Noodles

Saturday:  Hubby's Company Picnic at Youngs (will eat our fill during day and eat leftovers at home)

Sunday:  Take out or Crock-Pot Soup (possibly more leftovers)
