Drinking Kefir and Probiotics
I found Kefir about a year ago and found that it was a very good dairy product. I like yogurt but sometimes just don't have time to sit there and eat it. Then I found yogurt smoothies but because they were so costly (sometimes $1 per little bottle) I thought just not worth it. Then I found Kefir. Kefir is not technically yogurt but it is drinkable and I believe more cost effective and better for you because of the high amount of probiotics. The picture above is linked to their website.
