Spring Projects

Well it is that time of year for my husband and I. Christmas is over and now on to our next phase in life which is to start planning for the spring. Some of the projects we will be working on this Winter for Spring are:

1) Organizing the house/basement (save, sell, donate, and toss)

2) Preparing for Yard Sale in May

3) Purchasing a tiller and planting a garden this year (April or May depending on Frost)

4) Putting up our fencing this year (After Garden is planted)

5) Putting up playground equipment for our children (this may wait until the Fall)

6) Yard Sale in May

I have heard so much about this oil and thought I would finally try it. My excuse to finally get it was I found a great little homemade recipe online for diaper rash (or prevention of) using Aloe, tea tree oil, etc. (I will post this recipe later). Let's Eat Organic! In Season and Out -

My family and I have been trying to switch as much as possible to all natural and organic. It is a bit overwhelming when you think of all the food that is out there to choose from. So I thought in order to make things easier for me when I shop I would compile a list of foods that are best to eat Organic while others are better to eat All Natural and then of course there are the foods that you just can't really get around or may be okay to eat. Yes.  I wear just a bit on occasion.  I wear brown eyeliner, black mascara and a bit of neutral eyeshadow (browns or purples - not like royal blue purple but subtle).  I like to do this for my hubby as well as a pick-me-up to myself.  I also wear tinted lip glosses.  Once a year I get all dolled up to go to my Hubby's company End of the Year Party and then I wear my hear real fancy with a bit more make-up with a new (or new from thrift-store) skirt and blouse and of course got to have some beautiful stylish high heels.
